Small Space, Small Budget Vegetable Gardening will teach you strategies to maximize your yield while gardening in smaller spaces. Some of the techniques we discuss include, succession planting, square foot gardening, raised beds, and container gardening.

Each weekly session will include a hands-on cooking lesson that focuses on a specific nutritional element, food group, cooking principle, or history of food. Sessions include a snack for attendees. All supplies will be provided.
