Calling all Crafters! If you like to knit, sew, crochet, and/or needlepoint, bring your project to the branch. Work in a relaxing environment. Registration is required. Adults.

Pottery is often found at archeological sites. In this activity, patrons will design their own pottery, cut it into pieces (known as “potsherds” at dig sites), and leave it at the library’s “dig site” for someone else to find and put together.

Kids can step back in time by creating their own cave paintings inspired by ancient parietal art. Using earthy colors and simple shapes, they’ll draw or paint on our makeshift “cave wall” just like early artists once did. It’s a creative, hands‑on way to explore history through art.
