Cheluna Brewing began in 2014 as a bespoke brewing service for private clients. Now owners Javier Pérez Koch and Jennifer Pérez are building the Cheluna brewery: a home away from home for friends and family, a gathering place for good people to enjoy one another’s company and delicious craft beers brewed on premises and inspired by Javi and Jennifer’s roots in Mexico and Europe.
