Event Hold: Summer Lunches

If you need to hold a date for a future event, use this template. Please update the event title to read "Event Hold: TITLE." Make sure to add the date/time, setup and breakdown, and the room you want to hold. Saving this template as a draft will hold that room in Reserve and ensure that it doesn't get booked over.
