Experience the power of art as a way to process the past, express emotions, practice mindfulness, and visually represent hopes for the future. Each session contains a quick breathing exercise, an art activity, and the opportunity to reflect on the experience, share their work, and learn from others in the group. Led by Casey Knuth, M.S.Ed, LMHCA of Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana. Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana. Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana (MHANI) is an advocacy and education non-profit organization founded in 1954 whose mission it is to promote the mental and emotional health of the community by offering advocacy, education, support services, and hope. All supplies provided free of charge. This program is intended for adults. Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders.
