Connect One-on-One with DBPR Representatives

The City of Miami Beach is hosting the Ombudsman and representatives from the State of Florida's Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR), Division of Condominiums. This is a great opportunity to speak directly with DBPR staff about condominium-related questions or concerns. Examples of areas where you can seek assistance include: Records Access: Help with obtaining official association records. Elections and Voting: Guidance on procedures, board member recalls or voting disputes. Financial Issues: Questions about notices, quorums and voting during board meetings. Alternative Dispute Resolution: Information on non-binding arbitration or mediation services. In-person appointments are available twice per month. May in-person dates: Thursday, May 7 & Thursday, May 21 10 AM - 2 PM Miami Beach City Hall 1700 Convention Center Dr., 3rd Floor Appointments are required.
