Menopause/Perimenopause Support Group

Support/information group for women who are going through perimenopause and/or menopausal symptoms. Did you know perimenopausal symptoms can start when you are 35? Symptoms vary from woman to woman and can range from physical, mental, emotional and cognitive. Dry skin, eyes, unexplained fatigue, brain fog, palpitations are pretty common symptoms. Meet women who are facing the same symptoms and solutions that are working for them. This group will meet monthly on the first Thursday.
