Registration Registration on GED.com is required in order to test. Registration must be done in advance; no same-day registration is available. Test takers must bring their non-expired, government-issued, photo ID to the test center in order to test . If you need accommodations, they must be requested before your exam on the GED website. Register and create your GED account here: GED.com Login Location The GED is offered at the Central Library and the Louise Watley Library @ Southeast Atlanta. Testing occurs every other week at each location, alternating between libraries. Test can be scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 10:30 and 4:30. Saturday testing is done once a month, exclusively at Central. Classes Atlanta Public Schools (APS) offer free GED preparation classes. Classes are held at various locations throughout Atlanta every week . Students must register before attending classes . We recommend taking MARTA to Peachtree Center Station or parking in one of the various paid lots within the vicinity of the Library.
