This program is for adults and teens ages 18+. Want to improve your creative writing skills? Bring some paper and pen and be prepared to get creative! In this innovate workshop, we’ll experiment with creating personas when writing poems. Utilizing examples of dramatic poetry, participants will get the opportunity to reflect and shapeshift the poetics of embodiment and voice. Presenter: Winston Lê, a graduate of KPU’s Creative Writing program, is a Vietnamese diaspora poet, interdisciplinary artist, and cultural worker who resides on the unceded and ancestral territories of the Coast Salish Peoples.
