Ideal for beginners and those looking to maintain or enhance their physical wellness in a safe and supportive environment. About the Instructor Ayanna Smith is a Yoga, and Pilates teacher, author, and wellness facilitator with over 20 years of experience in movement and mindfulness practices. Ayanna brings depth, clarity, and compassion to every session. Her work is driven by a passion to uplift others and share the transformative power of movement.
