Recycled Weaving Series

Learn how to spin plarn (plastic yarn) from plastic bags and turn it into a floor mat in this two part series with local textile artist, Luciana Bongiovanni! During the first session Luciana will instruct registered attendees on making plarn. In the second session, she will teach you the basics of weaving your handmade plarn and guide you through weaving your very own recycled mat! Beginners welcome. Registration is required. Once you register, you'll be registered for both sessions. Bringing your own plastic bags is encouraged for the first session.
