Take a mindful pause in your day with this all-levels yoga class designed to promote relaxation and stress relief. We’ll move at a gentle, accessible pace, exploring simple poses, breathwork (pranayama), and guided meditation. No prior yoga experience is needed. All movements are optional and adaptable. A chair-based option will be available for anyone who prefers or benefits from practicing in a chair. Bring water and a towel. Some mats may be available. Space is limited.
