As part of our Family Storytime: Summer Edition Series , Nicole Maria will teach us some belly dancing moves as we dance our way through Storytime. Storytimes are held in the Becker-Balmer Meeting Room.
Noh is the Japanese traditional performance artform combining masks, ornate costumes, and dance. Lluis Valls of Theater Nohgaku will offer a presentation on the origins and history of Noh, while also demonstrating the graceful movements of this theatrical tradition.
